Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in landscape maintenance and the ability to operate both power and hand tools.

Duties:
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding
- Irrigate lawns, gardens, and other green spaces to ensure proper hydration
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall aesthetic
- Use power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers to efficiently complete tasks
- Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for more detailed work
- Keep pathways clean and clear of debris
- Assist with the removal of snow or ice during winter months
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing routine maintenance

Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with operating power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to use hand tools for precise landscaping work
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
